Brand new tennis and ?paddleball courts. Absolutely gorgeous courts. Nice grassy area with ball field and mature trees. Playground is pretty rundown, swings have been taken down, and it's not in the nicest part of town, but we have been visiting frequently since the new courts went up and have had no issues.

The park was really okay. People were parking on the grass, trash was everywhere except the trash can and the older kids were monopolizing the swings while using profanity around the toddlers.

It's less than ok but I guess because it's a predominantly black neighborhood, the city doesn't care about keeping it up for our black babies. I've contacted the city and if they actually do something, I will update my review. This park is 2 seconds from my house BUT I prefer to drive to Overton Park, which is in a more diverse but basically more Caucasian area, where the park is exquisite compared to this junk!!!
